DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE BY LIBERTY TAX SERVICE

I had my taxes filed by a representative at Liberty Tax for $143. I filed both state and federal taxes on 4/11/2009. About a month later I received my state refund but not my federal refund. I called the IRS 7/28/2009 to inquire about my tax refund which they said was never filed there is no information on record for my tax ID for 2008. I called the reps at Liberty who never called me back i even sent an e-mail inquiry which was never responded to. I called the corporate office and they said they would look into it. If someone is going to take your money for a service, I expect the service will be performed. If this happened to you as well please let me know.
