We have had our washer & dryer for about 10mths. The dryer has ruined lots of shrits & blouses they have sent many repair men but they have not fixed the problem. When we asked them to replace the item they said no. We went to the store to complane and were told that deporment was not affileated with them & they could not do anything to help.In other words once it leaves the store it is not our problem. Yet when you don't pay on time they call & call until you pay.
