complaint against upkar prakashan, Agra

am retired Senior Coordinator of UPTEC, Lucknow.

I had written CAT Books for M/s UPKAR PRAKASHA,AGRA.

Upkar Prakashan have cheated me by violating AGREEMENT:

1-They have not published my name as author on the book,as per clause 9 of agreement.

2-They have not paid me as per clause 3 of agreement.

I request you sir to please guide me so that I may get justice.
