Tracfone US http://www.tracfone.com I've had my Tracfone for two years. The warranty was up in 1 year. Every time I try to add minutes to the phone via internet it fails. The add minutes feature disappeared from my phone long ago so I use the net. I have to call customer service every time and spend 30 to 60 minutes on the phone entering codes to add the minutes. Twice I've been promised 60 bonus minutes because I was really heated up but the minutes never showed up on my phone. Two different times the cust serv rep tried entering codes to "fix" my phone. It failed and 60 minutes wasted each time. I finally yelled last time and the rep begrudgingly gave me one of the 60 minutes of the 120 I was promised then tried to hustle me off the phone. I yelled some more and got the other 60. Like pulling teeth. Tracfone says they will not provide me with a phone because mine's out of warranty. MY PHONE IS NOT BROKEN. Tracfone has obsoleted my phone and now won't replace it. I just got off the phone with Tracfone again and was told the same out of warranty story. Tracfone is walking a very thin line on this issue. A class action would not get me the desired result because the only ones that win in class action is the legal team but it would serve Tracfone right. I would not have bought the phone if I thought I would have to go through long phone calls just to add minutes. DIDN'T MENTION THAT ON THE PACKAGE DID YOU TRACFONE???
