As the owner of Trinity Corporate Solutions, I can only respond with the fact that most of what they indicate here is true, but certainly not for the reasons he states. A combination of companies owing our company declaring bankruptcy, going out of business, etc, resulted in us left holding the bag for monies well over the amount of this lease. It is a scenario that is being repeated again and again in our corporate world today due to our economy. As owner here, I chose to not declare bankruptcy, not leave others without payment, pay who could be paid, and do our best to work out of this. I could have declared a company bankruptcy, started over, and no complaints would be lodged. I chose not to. As far as Your Credit Desk, it was formed in 2007, I bought the web site, but since then it has been inactive. There are no intentions at this time to pursue that venue anytime soon. If I were to attempt to work under another company name, it would be one not so obviously tied to Trinity. We still go forward, servicing customers, paying current bills on time, and providing services to those that know us and trust us. I hope and pray that there comes a time we can honor the debt to his company, and have every intention of doing so. I refuse to take the easy way out and declare bankruptcy. I was advised to do so, but refused, refusing to hurt anyone else financially, cutting all costs here to lower overhead, to pay the most amount of people we could, honoring as much debt as we could. Sometimes when I read his complaint, I wish I had. But the same accusation he makes towards me and my company about 'wrapping himself in scripture" is the same mindset and commitment I have to not to just walk away and hurt more people, but to honor as much debt and pay it as I can. This economy has driven thousands of companies into bankruptcy, hundreds of thousands have been laid off, countless companies such as his have been hurt. I truly wish this had not happened, but it was not and is not in me to walk away legally, hurting any more than we had to. We have been blessed with faithful and loyal customers, we continue to rebuild and fight this economy, praying for forgiveness where we have failed, but honoring all that we are able to.

Served as lease broker for over $200,000 in office furniture for us. Had us sign lease agreements with three separate lease companies which obligated us to pay the lease payments. Never paid our vendor, now we are on the hook for the lease payments and the cost of the furniture. One of our leasing companies said they had several problems like this with Lee Goff and his various entities. I have done a web search and clearly we are not the only ones that have fallen victim to this scam, now he has formed a new company called "yourcreditdesk.com" to do the same thing. Lee Goff and Trinity Corporate solutions have cost our company in excess of $200,000!!! In my opinion, criminal charges should be filed against this man. He wraps himself in scriptures and goes out of his way to appear to be a moral, God Loving individual. My experience is that this is simply the cover of a con-man!
