Conman contractor

I signed a contract with J&R (owner name is Don Richardlli) 3 months ago.After the deposit paid, everythings turn into miserable nightmare. He DID NOT have a contractor lisence.He show up three times only for few hours to do little bit of work.We got a violation from the county due to he fail to abtain a permit for the deck. All he does is telling lies all the time. He never show up to finish any work and came up with tons of excuses. It's a nightmare for us. We have a lot of sleepless night because all the trouble that he created. Lies,no show, very bad attitude and he is a really good at excuses. Until today I haven't got my deck, fence and kitchen pantry complete. I hope he will not go out and con more people. Just stay away from this guy. He will make your life miserable. The county has revoked his lisence but he might use some other names to apply a new lisence in the future. Stay away from the conman!
