Need A Refund

Nextel i580 Nextel PO Box 8077 London, KY 40742 US sprint.com I have rescently orderded an i580 phone in from there Tech Support as a replacement phone. Unfortunately when I recived it, I recived it in a black. I wanted it in a black. I wanted the phone in a yellow. I then proceeded to do the return process for the phone. I then called Nextel on June 1st 2009 and a lady I spoke to told me that I would NOT get charged the $100.00 fee for returning the phone. So I returned the phone back to the Nextel Company. Within the next couple of weeks following I reseved at least 2-3 phone calls and I WOULD be charged the $100.00. I speek to them to rectify this situation myself, but I was not able to. As-a matter-of-fact, I called and spoke to a Michal (his Employee # is: DZ499596). However, this situation was not rectified and was still charged the $100.00. Today, 8/10/2009, I have called to try to rectify it again and spoke to a to Brigette (her Employee # is 100164). She had created me an adduational $10.00 off my bill, but has not created me the full amount of $100.00. The total bill for that I am desuting is: $90.68 for the this mounts bill and $72.94 for last mounts bill. In total I am asking is the min. And $100.00 fee. In total amount disputing is $263.62.
