He has refused to replace it, accused me of trying to rip him off, cursed at me. He said I returned the broken item and that I had purposely ripped the box, how could I when I STILL have the original at my home. This seller will take your money and refuse to refund your money. If you don't want problems, don't buy from this person, if you don't want to be called a "F@#$%* PIECE OF SHIT", DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! I am a 58 year old woman, and would certainly not try to rip anybody off. All I wanted was to receive items I paid for. Because we are an awesome company, we immediately sent out a replacement cabinet without even waiting for fedex to pick up the broken one. According to the fedex tracking, the replacement cabinet arrived at Yolanda Forrester of Watsonville's, and then 15 minutes later the same box went back out the door. We got the box back a couple days later, and the box had been delicately sliced open on the bottom, by Yolanda Forrester of Watsonville California, and the good replacement cabinet was removed and replaced with the broken cabinet. The switch was obvious because - besides her attempt to hide that she had opened the box - we carefully pack the cabinets, and the broken cabinet came back without half the bubble-wrap packing material and almost no packing-peanuts. The exterior of the box was still in perfect shape, so the material didn't 'leak out'. Then Yolanda Forrester starts e-mailing us asking, 'where's my replacement'. She won't admit that a 2nd cabinet EVER came to her house! I guess fedex just made that up. So, Yolanda Forrester of Watsonville California got her replacement, used the box the replacement came in to send back the broken cabinet by slicing open the bottom of the box, then acted as if the replacement never came to her house and went back out the door. I can prove ever bit of what I write here. She says she wouldn't steal because 'she's a 58 year old woman'. I got news for the world. Yolanda Forrester of Watsonville California is a 58 year old THIEF who is trying to extort a 3rd good cabinet out of us, and her attempt to use complaints.com to extort a cabinet from us will not work. When confronted with proof (fedex tracking showing she got the 2nd cabinet) that she was scamming us, she had a friend call us and threaten to come over to our business (he claimed to be nearby) and do some unknown act if we didn't give this nice, lovely little old grandma her money back (she wasn't owed) or another cabinet. She went crazy when I told her she would never get anything free from us, and she vowed to get us. First it was threats from mystery callers, and now she uses complaints.com to extort. What a gem. SDStuff is happy to be off ebay because - once they made leaving negative feedback a one-way affair - the extortionist, like this THIEF Yolanda Forrester of Watsonville California, tried scam after scam. We had 2198 positives with zero negatives before THIEFS were given a license to extort money from people like us. Yep, 2198 positives with zero negatives over 7 years of shipping glass cabinets. We are so good at what we do, and so honest that we manage to get 34 out of 35 cabinets shipped to customers without breakage. The fact that we shipped a replacement to this customer IMMEDIATELY upon receiving notice of breakage, was the very act that enabled this customer to pull this scam! They used my replacement box to ship the broken one back. As a matter of principal we never give in to extortionist like Yolanda Forrester of Watsonville California, no matter where they might post dishonest complaints. Are policy is real clear and always works well if we aren't dealing with a criminal like Yolanda Forrester. If a cabinet arrives broken, you contact us, we contact fedex for a pickup, and then fedex picks up the broken cabinet. We then ship out a replacement. In other words, if someone has to return a broken cabinet, we make sure the costs are ALL on us. That's the best return policy in the world, bar none! The customer pays one time, and they get a good cabinet without any further costs, breakage or not. We can never guarantee a cabinet will arrive unbroken, because we are dealing with glass afterall. But when one does, the process of getting it replaced is real simple, clean-cut and costless. I made a mistake by opening the door to fraud by sending a replacement the moment we got the complaint. From now on,we will have to wait until fedex tells us they got the broken replacement in hand before we ship. We were way too trusting with this 58 year old THIEF. You know the type, and believe me Yolanda Forrester is that type. Yolanda Forrester complains that I called her a name or two and then she quotes herself and attributes the quotes to me. You can't make this stuff up! I just called her a "Thief" and a con-artist when I spoke with her on the phone. I have no idea whether this woman is thin, medium-weight or overweight. But, since her complaint is intended to avenge her failed attempt at fraud, and cost me customers, adding in some extra garbage about people's weight is par for this 'nice lady'. I recommend that any online retailer just refund Yolanda Forrester's money if she shows up on your order list. Next time she pulls a scam like this, it will be a laptop or something even more expensive. I'm positive Yolanda Forrester is a veteran ripoff artist who has ripped many people off in the past, and is planning and executing more ripoff schemes as I write.
