Days Inn, Weedsport Harassment

We had a confirmed reservation to "Days Inn" Hotel in Weedsport, NYC for the date 8th Aug 2009. As per our booking, we arrived at the hotel at 1.50 AM early morning on 9th Aug. When we reached the hotel, the hotel manager on duty said, no rooms are available and everything ism booked. When we asked about our reservation, she said, its been cancelled. At 2 AM, with a family of 4 and a 3 yr old kid, its a horrible experince to look for another hotel at 2 AM. And she asked to go to nearby Days Inn, which is 9 miles from the place in Auburn and she said there are plenty of rooms. When we arrived at Auburn Days in at about 2.35 Am, the Days in manger told us, only one room is available, and only one bed.. We came out and searched for other nearby hotels for about 30 mins and could not find any. Finally we went to the same Days Inn as there were no options. We had horrible night at that hotel. AC was not working properly, bathroom has no door lock, leak in the water sink etc.. Days inn is sick and horrible.. worst customer service. I am going to sue Days Inn.
