MENTAL HARASSMENT&CALLING ON DNC NUMBER

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a Tata Credit Card holder&my Tata card No:5126 2292 1408 1435,as last month(25/06/2009) I deposited a cheque of Rs.1255.06 at Andheri SBI Branch,CHEQUE NO:020728,Axis Bank,as of today that Cheque is not cleared,I don't know where exactly that cheque is missing&yesterday when I checked my Tata Credit Card Account,it was charged heavily with late payment fees&over limit charges.so let me bring one thing in to your kind notice that I have not done late payment from my side,it's TATA(SBI CARD)your error that Cheque is lost from SBI Andheri Branch so I should not be held responsible for this.in spite of that yesterday I paid my Credit Card Bill online.more over TATA CREDIT CARD(SBI) collection department people(THIS IS THE NUMBER:1244697400 ,FROM WHERE COLLECTIONS CALLS ARE MADE are calling,on DNC number for the collection that PHONE NUMBER IS :08023204547&IT IS REGISTERED UNDER DNC,please HELP ME THAT THEY SHOULD NOT don't call on DNC NO:08023204547.I request them to reverse all the extra charges what they have charged,but till today they didn't do it.why should I pay any over charges/over limit charges where I am not at fault!
