TXU harassment

TXU sales reps are at my door every 2-3 days lately. I have asked them repeatedly to stop coming to my door, have asked them straight out to leave my yard, have refused to talk to them, etc. It doesn't matter, they just keep talking and are rude no matter what I do.

Our city requires a permit, which I have never seen. They come on Sundays and in the evenings which is also against our city code and they refuse to leave when asked.

Apparently they keep notes every time they come because the next one picks up where the last one left off and addresses whatever I have said; as in, "I know you don't like TXU's customer service, but..." and they go off on a tirade without breathing for 15 minutes. There doesn't seem to be a contact number anywhere to call TXU directly.

I am going to purchase a "no soliciting" sign just to get rid of TXU. If they come after that, I guess I will file a complaint with the city.

I filed a complaint with the PUC when one of them showed me my neighbor's phone bill with their private information on it, but that has not deterred them from harassing me.
