Old Carcinogenic Oil for making fries!!!

I'm sure you've tasted something fried in old oil and you know it has an off-taste, a stinging sensation and hurts your stomach. After throwing away most of my fries I went up to the counter to tell the manager they needed to change the oil. The manager ignored me and wouldn't even look at me. Guess she was too busy to care. I'm not racist in fact I'm hispanic which the manager obviously was also. To me this seems like part of a general problem I've noted with where quality and even concern about quality has gone in America.
