Complaint against Hindutan unilever Pureit

Dear Sir,

Please note that i am using the Pureit water filter from Hindustan Lever since the last 8 months.

But this time when the battery kit expired, we ordered a fresh battery kit at the puerit helpline no:9212500600. But repeatedly we have been following the same with the company authorities at the above helpline no, but there is no response & we are under hareshment without any services from the company in every sphere.

Everyone needs water for survival, But this how a company can haresh its consumer.

Request you to kindly look into the above matter and help us on the same.

I agree on your complaint, I also facing the same issue like you.

Eventhough i am using this since three years and whenever i replaced the battery kit i always faced the same issue...HL does not have good services for their consumers.
