Bill Problems

Comcast US I first signed up for Comcast in June. When I got my bill, I paid it & then got another one the next day. When I looked at my original bill, I realized that they'd sent my brother's bill to my house & that was what I paid(w/money order). That money STILL has not made it into my account. I have now had my cable/phone turned off 3 times because of this error. Once it is straightened out, I will be cancelling them & going with another provider.
