TXU acts and is a monopolist in rural texas

TXU is the worst company to do business with. In rural Texas customers have no choice and TXU is the sole provider in its areas. My service got disconnected due to a human error at TXU and guess what? I have been on the phone for more than 5 hours to get service restored and they charged me a whole bunch of fees. If you call customer service you get sent from a to b to c and nobody does anything for you. Best case scenario is that they just hang up on you! TXU management needs to be fired!!@
