DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wish I would have known about this website before I gave my money to Crossover Auto Transport. This company is bogus!! They took my deposit money and I never heard from them again. After three weeks of waiting for a phone call that I never received, I began to continuosly call Ana who was my contact person at crossover. The lady who answers the phones (Angel is her name) would put me on hold for extremely long periods of time, probably hoping that I would just hang up. Then after finally speaking to Ana she would always tell me to just be patient. They definitely have caller ID because sometimes when I would call they would just send my calls straight to voicemail and then I would call from someone else's phone and they would pick up all of a sudden. Working with this company has been the worst and most stressful experience ever and it still has given me no results. So now after a month of literally fighting with crossover auto transport, I finally just decided to go with another company that is now helping me wonderfully (Domestic Transport) and doesn't charge any upfront fees or deposits. I still have not received any money back from Crossover Auto Transport, but I am currently working on that.
