USED CAR LEMON

I BOUGHT A USED CAR WITH 63,000 MILES ON IT FOR 4914 DOLLARS. THE CHECKENGINE LIGHT WAS ON.The owner Mark Gabelhart took oit to get an inspection sticker it failed. It failed becasue he said that the transmission torque converter code was on. He said that he would have his mechanic check it out. He said that he changed the transmission fluid and it was ok. He never fixed the torque converter problem . He erased the codes so that the car could pass inspection and be sold. less than 4000 miles later the transmission failed. The check engine came on just before it failed it was the same torque converter problem. I am a 62 year old retired school teacher and my wife is disabled. The car broke down on our 36th wedding anniversary trip to NH. Mark gabelhart the owner of route 14 motors is avery deceptive cruel man. He knew that car had problems and he sold it to me. He will not even offer to pay for half the repairs to this lemon he sold me.
