TV Repair is unresponsive and won't honor warranty

Sony 57 inch 25 Electronics Company 1303 SR 434 W. Winter Springs, FL 32708 US I originally contacted this company to repair my 57" Sony TV. On the day they were scheduled to pick up my TV, they were 2 hours late. It took me over 2 weeks to get my TV back and I had to make threatening phone calls. Then, they refused to accept a credit card and forced me to pay cash to get my TV back. I was given a 1 year warranty. It has been 4 months and the TV is broken again. The owner of the company refuses to answer my calls or return the messages. He has told me twice that he was coming to my house, but has never shown up or called to tell me he wasn't coming.
