I requested for an ebill from Mtero starting Aug 20 2008. The next month they tell me that all those representatives i spoke with never activated the ebill. I was looking forward to getting my ebill so i can see usage on my childrens accounts.

Im very upset with metro on this and several other issues and i want to complain right to the top about their service.

I went to the NewSmyrna Beach store and was going to pay my bill when the dealer changed the pricing 3 times. I told him never mined just give me my money back and I would go to another store. Well when I went to the Port Orange store and went to pay my bill there and get my other phone flashed over I was told that the other dealer changed my plan from a FA2 to a ZFP and it couldn't be changed back. I never authorized my plan to be changed from the cheeper plan to a more expencive. I am on a fixed income and I feel that I have been ripped off. And now I have no phone. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY SERVICE BACK THE WAY IT WAS. I hope if you are a franchize you will pull your name away from this man and put him out of business. He is just scamming people. Please help me and don't let me go as a customer.
