VERIZON HAS SHUT DOWN MY BUSINESS

VERIZON ONLINE SERVICE US I OWN A CPA TAX PRACTICE IN BOTHELL WA. I SIGNED UP FOR VERIZON PHONE AND ONLINE SERVICE. AS OF YESTERDAY MORNING I HAVE NO ONLINE OR EMAIL SERVICE AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER AS TO WHEN IT WILL WORK. THINK ABOUT THIS--I CANNOT RECEIVE EMAILS FROM MY CLIENTS (HOW MANY OF THEM WILL I LOSE?), I CANNOT EFILE TAX RETURNS AND THERE IS A CORPORATE TAX DEADLINE COMING ON 9/15/08, I CANNOT SEND OUT INVOICES TO CLIENTS, I CANNOT SEND OUT EMAIL MISSING DATA REQUESTS TO CLIENTS--I AM SHUT DOWN AND OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THIS AND THE ONLY RESPONSE I GET IS THAT WE DON'T WHEN WE CAN FIX IT. CAN YOU SMELL A LAWSUIT COMING OUT OF THIS? BY THE WAY--MY DAUGHTER IS A LAWYER.
