verizon

Verizon request that we up date are security with their items it fried our hard drive,we lost many picture of family from our system upon talking to them they systed that it was our computer. We received another notice to upgrade our security and we did so and guess what it happened again so again we were told the same thing I aks numerious people if they have had any issue with this and it was amazing all of them stated the same thing and they were told it was their systems,how can this be everybodies systems? I guess that if verizon has enough people do away with this they may help.
