delivery of food so late it had all thawed iceland 31 northlane , we bn16 1bn GB ON the 12th off august my daughter recieved a delivery of food from Icelands . this delivery was so late that all the frozen products where defrosted , my daughter immidiatly rang the store to complain and was told that they would replace the items but not for another 24 hrs when she informed Iceland that she had 2 daughters to feed she was again informed they would not do nothing untill the following day my daughter is not a very confident person and just accepted this ,because it was now late she had to get hers ddaughters a takeaway .the following evening she recieved tthe replacement frozen items no appoligy and was told she would have to have a reciept for the take away to havwe any claim ,I myself then went to the store and spoke to the manager who promised to investicate and pass my complaint on to there head office ,after I had made 3 more phone calls to the store I have still had no responce or acknolidgement ,what would have happened if my daughter had feed her 3yr olds pre defrossted food ,this company should not be allowed to continue addvertiseing as a mums shop sooner or later this will happen again with drastic results From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 05-Sep-08 02:17:24 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
