chargeback of money from commission

INSURANCE BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE 1st floor,panchratna complex, cg road, panchwati, ahmedabad ahmedabad, gu 380015 IN birlasunlife.com Dear Pehredar, I vinod manglani have joined Birla Sunlife Insurance 5 years back. My agency code is 020420 and i work from ahmedabad panchwati branch. During the training time, I made few friends, out of which one was Mr.Shoaib who was a business man by profession. He had no time for selling policies as he was a big businessman. So he took 14-15 policies of his big family and closed down his agency. After 4 years when i met him, he was very much disappointed as his fund value was lesser than the premium he had paid. I convinced him from his negative approach to a positive one by managing his fund and switching his funds at regular intervals. Now is fund value increased and it grew from negative to positive. By my services, he was very much convinced and one day i approached him for one good insurance policy and that was a dream plan (Term plan). He was very much convinced and he took 3 policies of himself and his two brothers. In addition to this he made an additional investment of 50000 in birla looking at my services.
Now, when i saw my commission statement, there was a charge back of around rs.3700 from my commission. When i inquired the customer care of the advisor commission quiery, they say that the customer (Mr.Shoaib's brother) had made a surrender of one policy so they had made a charge back and as per norms if the surrender has been made within 365 days and a new policy has been taken, the chargeback has to be made from the commission of the new advisor. I then again asked the company to provide the reason. The reply was" during march 2008, there were several policies who were surrendered and new policies were taken due to which the previous advisors lodged a complaint to the company that the new advisors surrender our policies and ask the customer to buy the new policy from the refund of old policy surrendered".
But i brought into notice of the company that there is no such matter in my case as the agency code of the old advisor has been already terminated and old policy surrendered by the client was not in my notice. Again, the new policy given to me was by the old agent himself, and i told the company to call the client and the old agent to confirm the same, but still i am trapped with the mail baji. They say to send the mails here, send mails there, but no resolution is been received. I hope you have understood my complaint. I want my refund as the amount of rrs.3700 is not a small amount for me. Kindly do the needful.
