Unauthorized charges

THESE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES WERE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 8-14-08. UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS BETWEEN PAYDAYS AND ONLY HAD ABOUT $7 IN MY ACCOUNT, SINCE ALL CHARGES WERE DEDUCTED AT ONE TIME I WAS CHARGED A $35 OVERDRAFT FEE FOR EACH CHARGE. I CONTACTED THE BANK WHO GAVE ME THE PHONE NUMBERS TO THESE THEIVES. AFTER CONTACTING THEM THEY AGREED TO REFUND THE ORIGINAL WITHDRAWS BUT DENIED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OVERDRAFT FEES, EVEN THOUGH THE DEBITS WERE UNAUTHORIZED AND HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THOSE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS I WOULD NEVER HAVE OVERDRAWN. THEY SAID IT WAS MY BANK'S RESPONSIBILITY, WHICH COINCIDENTLY, MY BANK SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT THEM. I SPOKE WITH 2 SUPERVISORS, TOM & DARCY, NIETHER OF THE 2 SEEMED AT ALL CONCERNED WITH THE FACT THAT MY 2 YOUNG CHILDREN WERE NOT GOING TO EAT AS WELL THANKS TO THE FACT THAT I WAS NOW $105 IN THE HOLE. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THEIR SUPERIOR I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE UNAVAILABLE. WHEN I ASKED FOR THEIR SUPERVISORS NAME AND # I WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION, I WOULD JUST HAVE TO KEEP CALLING. WHEN I REMINDED DARCY OF THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT POLICY, SHE HUNG UP ON ME.

I AM TIRED OF GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I WANT MY MONEY. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT.

I received three seperate charges on my credit card statement 19.95 each. These charges were not authorized, by me at anytime. Everytime I called the 800 number, I get a recording to go to the website, if you have questions. I dont have questions, I just want my money refunded back to me!

I called the 800 number and they brief you that all subscribtions can be stopped via www.programstop.com you fill out a quick info sheet and they say an email will be sent to you and all subscriptions will be stopped so i dont know if it works but thats where i started.

Call 1-800-475-1942 to have them removed. The same thing happened to my father.
