Poor service/product and unable to contact them

This online ABS-CBN service does everything through e-mail and is impossible to contact. IF THEY GET YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL IT. They have a very poor product; it is suppose to be an online ABS-CBN channel, but takes a very long time to download and is not worth the money. I have been trying to stop them from charging my credit card for months. BEWARE! Website is:
