Comcast Poor cable repair service

Comcast replace cable converter boxes with faulty converter boxes. In the past 3 months I have had to have 3 converter boxes replaced, 2 Pace boxes and now 1 Scientific Atlanta Explorer 200HD. A comcast agent even told me Comcast was have trouble with Pace boxes yet they still insist on usint these defective boxes.
