Troy built mower

US We purchased a Troy Built mower for $369.99+tax on 7-7-08 and on 9-12-08 it died, took it back to Lowes on 9-13-08. My husband wanted to get the same mower because he liked it.WELL today 9-30 this one died. I called Troy Built and they didnt care I just got the run around from a very RUDE guy!So I called back thinking I would get someone that would care, Well I was wrong. I even asked to talk to a supervisor and the guy said he was the only one I could talk to.WTF? THANKS Troy Built for the GREAT customer service?!?! WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TROY BUILT I'm taking this one back to Lowes and getting our money back!!!!
