Creative Cabling Ripoff!

Creative Cabling is a ripoff! They did the install of my phone system couple months ago and when my phone line was down from Hurricane Ike, they came out to test the line. They said the problem was AT&T and left after 10 minutes of work. I was consequently billed for $150, a full hr of labor + trip charge, for just testing the phone line and telling me it's not their fault. I called the owner Sam for clarity and he just said this is standard procedure. Creative Cabling is just another ripoff artist taking advantage of a hurricane victim! I'm never doing business with them again and advise everyone to beware.
