Complaint Against Ebay

eBay is no longer a venue to sell. They control every single aspect on

there. I have been suspended because they supposedly linked me to an account

that was supposed 2-3 years ago! There was no contact, no reasons, no asking

me any questions, just suspended me. I had 2200 feedback, a powerseller,

with 100% Positive feedback because I work my tail off to provide my buyers

with a great buying experience. Now, all of my sales are cancelled and I am

out. There is no one to talk to on the phone. We have to e-mail eBay with an

“appeal”. This is not the way to treat customers. eBays seller support has

gone down the tubes. They treat us like dirt. This is a company who has

gotten greedy and no longer cares about the customer. This is not a fair

process for suspending an excellent seller who has NO POLICY VIOLATiONS. And

yet now I am treated like dirt and not allowed to do any business on eBay.
