Charged for a service I was not notified of and didn't want AFTER I had asked for it to be cancelled

I ordered the free business cards from Vista Print on a credit card. I did not object to the processing fees. However, they automatically enrolled me in Vista Print rewards and charged me 17.95 a month, without my knowledge or consent. I did not see this listed anywhere on the site or in any paperwork I received with the cards, and I did check. I did not discover these charges until about a year later. At that time, I called and asked for my account to be cancelled. They charged me AGAIN the following month. I will not order cards from them again or use any of their services and I strongly advise others to go to their local print shop instead.
