BEWARE OF SCAM

Hi my name is Jennifer, I would like to inform as many people as I can that I was almost screwed by this company called Capital West Advisors (located in Beverly Hills , CA) and the guy who said he was going to help me, his name was Seth Schwartz. I decided that I was going to hire them to write a small business plan for me and after I spent 4 hours talking to this guy Seth Schwartz, telling him all about my idea and investing my time and the time of the other people involved in my business. He told me a different price then he originally quoted me and even worse when I asked if I could drop the check off at his new York office, he told me that they he just closed it. During my 4 hour conversation with Seth Schwartz from Capital WestAdvisors, he told me that if I had a problem I could be in touch with his New York office; so my question is why would he tell me I could be in touch with the New York office if now he is telling me after I want to bring my check to him there is no New York office? He said he wanted me to send it to Beverly Hills, CA. I don't really understand what is up with this company Capital West Advisors from CA, I just know I got a really bad vibe from this guy Seth Schwartz and I feel like he was telling me a lot of bullshit to pay a lot of money and now I don't even know if they exists or if this is a scam. In my 52 years I have only been scammed 1 time by a company that is very large and they gave me my money back. It was an auctioneer. In this case, there is no body that is going to stand by you when a whack job like Seth Schwartz tries to scam you out of your good hard earned money. On a side note, my husband and I started this business because we lost all of our money since the fall out and recession in the mortgage industry. I needed this so badly and to nearly be scammed by Capital West Advisors (located in Beverly Hills , CA) makes me feel like the biggest loser. I don't want anyone else to feel this way. Please listen to my warning and stay far away from Capital West Advisors and their scam job. Thank heavens I didn't give them any of our money. Especially, since we didn't have it to be scammed!
