Nokia N73 submitted in Nokia Care on 30th July 2008 and still not got the repaired one :Pathetic service

Hi,

I purchased Nokia N73 on 14th Feb 2008 which stopped working after 6 months.Thus i submitted it in Nokia care nd they took 1 complete month to recognise the problem and then got agreed to give a replacement.1 complete has passed and i have still not got the repaired set.Those people are just delaying service week by week by making promises from 2 months.

I am compltely fed up now.Service provided by Nokia care is pathetic.

Please help me out in getting my phn back.

Today also i called there to get the status as they gave me today's date to get the phone back.But the same story that phn is not available for replacement and no responsible person was available to reply me back.Manager was not in office even at 11:25 A.M. to reply to my questions.
