Placed an order through their internet site Aug. 15, 2008. Received an email verification and directions on where to send payment. The post office has verified that they cashed my money order immediately but kiteskiteskites.com have never sent the merchandise ordered. Devon Mazure (owner) does not respond to emails, snail mail or phone calls. They list their address on their website as: PO Box 28134, Anaheim Hills, CA 92809.

We are in no way set up to rip people off on windwheels & kites. Like every business sometimes orders can be lost by us or in transit.


I can't be sure what the problem is until I find out who the order is for & in this case like many others I have no way to find out since this person who wrote this complaint choose not to list any of that information.

After six months of unsuccessful emails, regular mails (in which I included hard copies of my original order and their confirmation of my order), phone calls and filing complaints all over the internet (including the BBB), Kiteskiteskites has finally given me a refund with the lame excuse of "computer problems". If you too have been ripped off by Kiteskiteskites, keep trying. Thank you for sites like this that let us consumers who are getting shafted get our complaints heard. I'm positive that being a vociferous "squeaky wheel" on the internet has directly contributed to my getting a refund. And although I finally did get a refund, I cannot with good conscience recommend Kiteskiteskites and that you should proceed with great caution if ordering from this company.

I have been through the same thing recently. The whole thing started in August and I have yet to receive my money back or merchandise. I have contacted the BBB and anyone else I can think of to warn them about this company. Luckily, another company had my item I wanted and felt so bad about everything I've been through, they gave me the item free.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. this was in Juli 2008 however. Back then I seemed to be the only consumer being ripped off. Also I did not receive any replies as to the status of my order. Only when I pulled a trick and sent an email from a different computer acting as a new customer there was an immediate reaction from the seller.


Devon Mazure is a fraud. You will never see your merchandise nor your maney again. So far even the mighty Paypal that I used to pay could not retrieve the money. Kiteskiteskites.com needs to be stopped!!! As far as I could investigate Devon Mazure even no longer holds a business license. This makes his practice a criminal act.
