ING Direct wouldn't expedite my money

orange account ING Direct US ingdirect.com couldn't contact ING to wire transfer money to my bank account because i had no power during hurricane ike. i didn't have enough time to transfer money after the storm to make it for the closing date of my 1st home. ING refused to expedite my money!!!!!!
