5 refrigerator replaced in 10days

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator (Model Fussion) 310ltrs on 8th Sep 2008 from M/s White Plannet, MG Road, Kochi, Kerala..

The refrigerator was delivered by the supplier and when it was opened we found it was damaged due to a hole inside, it was Informed to Whirlpool and got replaced after 4 days.

The second unit had severe noise problems and water was dripping from the Freezer, again it was informed and replaced after a week.

The third unit also had the same problem as above and was informed again to Whirlpool again it got replaced yesterday,

Don�t think that I am repeating the story again and again the problem continues with the new one which was delivered yesterday.

I strongly feel that a company like Whirlpool is trying to dump all the seconds in the South India Market.

I wonder how Whirlpool India can pride itself as a subsidiary of Whirlpool Corp USA.
