best buy US I spent three hours with customer service to purchase a $1100 laptop and my card was deacivated due to I had not used it in a long time. Was transfered 5 different times and hung up on twice. At the end was told I need to go in and reapply and could not do it over the phone. So why waste so much time on the phone? I will have to look elsewhere even though I have always used best buy.
