GPRS problem

since september 1 my gprs service is in problem. i am using china handset,wingtech 69 series.i activated airtel live gprs service.but when i will browse the response comes as the servers response timeout.many time i gave complaint to airtel executives but response is nill.they advised to delet all cookies and caches i do the same but problem not solved.my call is also not connecting to custemer executive.so please solve my problem as possible as immediate

Airtel gprs service is pathetic. They make false promises of speed and unable to provide proper network most of the time.Moreover, no complaint number is given by them. And follow-up of the complaint is non-existent. The customer only has to call and follow and ask for the complaint which is usually not solved. And nowadays they have limited the number of calls to 30 per month to GPRS and customer care combined.

If you need internet for 3-4 hours daily, better go for broadband.
