My husband called DIRECT TV to tell them we were moving out of state and he told the representative that he wanted to be billed, they did not listen and they automactically deducted over $400.00 out of bank account and now we are in the hole with our bank. I am so mad because DIRECT TV did not hear my husband told them of how we wanted to settled the bill.
