Excessive early morning and late night phone calls

They call me late and night and early in the morning. When I answer they hang up. I have requested my phone number be removed from their calling list, but they are not respecting that request. I have reported them to the FTC as well as the Do Not call registry. I have spoken twice to someone who does not even speak proper english. I give UP!
