The company is basing this decision on a report they received from ChoicePoint National Consumer disclosure Center.
The problem is this person doesn't live in my house. Trying to rectify this mistake with Choice Point is not easy. The automated service of choice point is very slow and does not offers options to inform the company of their mistake. Additionnaly they increase the price of my property (house to 195,555) when it values only $130,000. this is another increase of my premium... NATIONWIDE AND CHOICE POINT ARE MAKING MY LIFE A NIGHTMARE. Unless Choice Point contacts me promptly and helps to correct this false report, which increased my insurance premiums, I WILL begin legal action against Choice point. I CAN PROVE THAT I WAS IN NO WAY CONNECTED WITH SAID VEHICLE, NOR WAS I CONNECTED WITH THE ALLEGED DRIVER AND THE RECIPIENT OF THE $3K PAYOUT. WHEN I FIRST HEARD ABOUT THEM IS WHEN I CHANGED INSURANCE COMPANIES THEY TOLD ME CHOICE POINT REPORTED MY DAUGHTERS ACCIDENT AS MINE. MY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY SENT A LETTER STATING THE ACCIDENT WAS INDEED MY DAUGHTERS BUT I WAS IGNORED. I THEN TWICE REQUESTED FROM CHOICE POINT A REPORT AND GOT NOTHING I NOW FINALLY WENT ON THERE WEBSITE AND AGAIN REQUESTED THE REPORT TO DISPUTE THE ISSUE. WHAT GETS ME MY DMV AND MY OLD INSURANCE COMPANY HAVE THE CORRECT FACTS BUT NOT THIS COMPANY WHICH INSURANCE COMPANIES AND HOW EVER MANY OTHER AGENCIES RELY ON THEM TO TELL THEM FACTS THAT MAY NOT BE CORRECT. WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY WHAT HAPPEN TO GOING TO DMV AND CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES INSTEAD OF THESE UNRELIABLE THIRD PARTIES?
