Bad Service

I left my car at goodyear for the weekend while I went out of town. After recently having car issues , and getting it repaired the mechanic was going to use the parts that goodyear charged me for, and discovered the wires were worn, and plugs old. I had to replace the same parts a second time, and had filed a complaint before, and per the goodyear location @ the Perimeter Mall ...the repairs were done .They only told me what they thought I needed to hear . I now have the wires that were taken off of my car, and a signed statement from the mechanic stating they were not new . My previous ref # was 965300. I will advise anyone(woman )who has had, or plan on having work done through them to get another opinion .
