HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERCVICE

Maytag washer US In Feb 08 I purchased a new Maytag washer from Home Depot in Sebring Fla. On July 14 the washer stopped running filled with water and clothes. Found the washer door locked closed and could not open to remove the clothes, but did not want to force opening so as to not void the warranty. Called A&E Repair as listed in the literature and was given a repair date 2 weeks later, only to have that date cancelled and moved back 2 more weeks. This has happened 4 times now and the next schedule is Sep 14th. This washer has remained broken and full of clothes and water for over 2 months with NO REPAIRMAN AVAILABLE. For a company that prides itself on reliability this type of treatment is completely unacceptable.
