Watch defetive

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Ladies wrist watch of Escort Co. from Bigbazar in Thane on 06.09.2008. But on 16.09.2008 it stop working so I went to replace the watch in Bigbazar but they refuse to replace and gave me 1 gatepass and said that it will take min.8 days to repair. and also gave me 1 phone No. 25426644 which I have been trying from 18.09.2008 but it is out of order.

Kindly help me to get my watch as sooner. I will be very grateful to you.
