Prescription Drug Plan
|
CVS/Caremark US CVS/Caremark is the provider for AT&T's prescription drug plan. I recently filled a prescription at Walmart under there $10 for three months generic plan. I received a message from Caremark that I should be filling the prescription through them. It didn't seem to matter with their customer representative that it would cost me $58 with them compared to $10 at Walmart. AT&T probable isn't concerned either From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 17-Sep-08 15:00:55 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI work for att also. Caremark refused to fill my doctors prescription for Imitrex because of the cost. They would only give me 2 shots per month. When I need 2 per day for 2 to 3 weeks to treat cluster headaches. When I called them to ask why they told me it was a controlled substance. When I told my doctor he said they were lying that it is not a controlled substance. So when I got a headache and had no shots I went to the emergency room and the doctor gave me an injection of Imitrex.I will continue to go to the emergency room as needed and let AT&T pay for that instead! Caremark SUCKS!!! From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Sunday, 24-Jan-10 14:41:07 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
