Matt Olinski - PGL Travel - liar and thief
|
travel agency PGL Travel 491 MERRITT ST St Catharines , On L2P 1P2 CA www.pgltravel.org Matt Olinski agreed to mail us a refund as well as provide airline tickets for my stepsons when we spoke on the telephone on September 6, 2008. He owes us a total of $1569.56. He has not provided airline tickets and has not mailed a refund as he stated he would. According to American Airlines, the reservations for my stepsons have been cancelled, he never paid for these reservations, and no tickets have been issued on our behalf.
We have attempted to resolve this complaint by contacting Matt many times and he has lied to us and never followed through. Consumers need to be aware that Matt Olinski is a liar who cannot be trusted. You are at risk of losing your money if you do business with him. Mr Henry's comments about being PGL Travel being liars & theives is entirely inappropriate as he was full aware of the terms & condiitons of his vacation package upon purchasing.Over 150 very satisfied passengers travelled on this trip to Puerto Vallarta.PGL Travel has won numerous awards during their 25 year history but as is often in the case in business you can't satisfy everyone's unrealistic demands all the time. Let's hope Mr. & Mrs.Henry "adjust" their expectations the next time they want to break the rules & ignore airline policies & the terms & conditions of their vacation.
