ATROCIOUS BEHAVIOR AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have booked for refill cylinder last month, till now I didn�t receive it. When I went there to ask, I was shocked since was treated as a servant. We need to beg them to get the answer itself. They said clearly �you go and complaint wherever we don�t mind�. I have never seen this kind of carelessness and arrogant behavior.

This gas agency does not have any educational background workers and at least the manager should take care of the complaints. We can get respect from them if buy the cylinders in black and need to pay 600 to 700. As you know it is double the original cost.

Either the concerned persons have to take actions or some vigilance actions should be taken on them else they will be continuing the same...
