I met Mr.Bradshaw at a local restaurant in Sugarland Texas. I later introduced him to my husband. He had shown us a business plans about an extended warranty business and showed us a business plan and great website on the computer. www.directvsc.com. he said he was one of the partners of the comapny. He gave us his card and we met again. He said he was looking for investors for this company and he would issue a stock certificate with us getting DOUBLE our money back. to make a long story short- we are out $10,000 to this guy and cant find him. the house he showed us was someone else's and so was the dealership. Apparently, the guy is very friendly and knows some folks but not more than acquaintences. No one really knows the guy and is not able to help us! he even called us in to one of the dealerships and we returned the phone call at the dealership. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???? The owner has been out of town. and the sales people said he is a car broker, but doesnt't own the dealership.

Pretty obvious Eric is still doing drugs by his hostility. Mr. Bradshaw has a problem with drugs and a bigger problem with the truth. He believes in himself and constantly lies but believes his lies. He has alienated himself in the Houston area due to his behavior. Eric is all talk, no track record of success or failure, one has to put forth effort in order to fail. Eric goes from person to person telling stories and borrowing money then telling stories about others misfortunes and how he has to bail them out. He's been pretty much in hiding due to burning bridges and opening his mouth nonstop which has resulted in misfortunes of some former associates.

Journalism is the craft of conveying news, descriptive material and comment via a widening spectrum of media. These include newspapers, magazines, radio and television, the internet and even, more recently, the cellphone. Journalistsbe they writers, editors or photographers; broadcast presenters or producersserve as the chief purveyors of information and opinion in contemporary mass society: "News is what the consensus of journalists determines it to be." [1]

From informal beginnings in the Europe of the 18th century, stimulated by the arrival of mechanized printingin due course by mass production and in the 20th century by electronic communications technologytoday's engines of journalistic enterprise include large corporations with global reach.

The formal status of journalism has varied historically and, still varies vastly, from country to country. The modern state and hierarchical power structures in general have tended to see the unrestricted flow of information as a potential threat, and inimical to their own proper function. Hitler described the Press as a "machine for mass instruction," ideally, a "kind of school for adults." [2] Journalism at its most vigorous, by contrast, tends to be propelled by the implications at least of the attitude epitomized by the Australian journalist John Pilger: "Secretive power loathes journalists who do their job, who push back screens, peer behind faades, lift rocks. Opprobrium from on high is their badge of honour."

Censorship, governmental restriction or even active repression of individual journalists and non-state organs of communication continue to cause, at best, intermittent friction in most countries. Few formal democracies and no authoritarian governments make provision for protection of press freedom implied by the term Fourth Estate. [3]

The rapid rise of Internet technology, in particular the advent of blogging and social networking software, further destabilize journalism as traditionally understood and its practitioners as a distinct professional category. Combined with the increasing leakage of advertising revenue from pre-existing journalistic media into the internet, the full impact of the arrival of the citizen journalistpotentially positive (proliferation having thus far proved more difficult to police) as well as negativeis yet to be seen.

Sarah Palin mentioned that men died for freedom of speech but yet news media take advantage of this right even though Soldiers died for it.. Everyone that has a cell phone is a walking news anchor.. Technology has made everyone a Journalist and so the existing companies try to compete by telling lies about good folks because most of us dont really give a shit if its true or not... We are in the worse economic crisis of our lives but yet the 3rd largest producer of revenue is online dating.. Let me repeat... We are in a bad economic times but yet online dating is the 3rd largers producer of income... So I guess it shows that when we go in a deppression we seek companionship... On Tuesday, September 1, 2009, several laws will go into effect in Texas, including a law which makes online harassment a third-degree felony.

This new law specifies that a person can be charged with online harassment if he or she uses the name of another person to create a Web page or to post one or more messages on a commercial social networking site without obtaining the other person???s consent with the intent to harm, defraud, intimidate, or threaten any person. Online harassment is punishable by 2-10 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000.

Those who blog frequently or use Facebook and/or Twitter should be especially careful. For instance, if you have an argument with a friend or a co-worker, think twice before venting online, because you could be charged with online harassment. On Tuesday, September 1, 2009, several laws will go into effect in Texas, including a law which makes online harassment a third-degree felony.

Datalink Bankcard Services has been established for over 20 years providing credit card and other electronic payment services to small businesses around the country. We have thousands of satisified customers.

Since the complainant chose to be anonymous I do not know how they are involved with our company. We do not have any business relationships with Eric Bradshaw either. We also do not have any "insurance" to collect on either. When customer misuse or deceptive practices create losses in the payment systems we re-sell we have to pay for those losses out of our pockets. No company will insure against this type of loss. Lastly and most importantly, we are not under investigation by any agency, federal or state and especially not by the U.S. Secret Service.

100% of the statements made by the anonymous complainant are false.
