Great Clips

My wife took my son to Great Clips one day after his getting a back cut from the Asst Mangr. The Asst Mangr actually called my son a liar about him not wanting the bad hairstyle(it was a horrible chopped cut). The Manager then got involved and yelled at my wife and said they'd have to pay again and wait 45 min for the cut. We've gone there for 3 yrs. never again. To be treated like a dog and the corp office and local owner have shown no interest.
