I ordered a free trial of a product for shipping of $4.95. They have a box that is already checked to order additional product at $45+. Not only do they sneak this in but it is a monthly recurring charge. It is almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. Included with the order is a statement that if you return the product without their aprroval with a code it will be refused. If you are lucky enough to get a live person to give the code you will be charged a restocking fee. I tried calling yesterday several times and held more than 30 minutes and never got a live person.

I also ordered the trial offer for 4.95 and was charged the $45 and before I knew it I had another $45 debited from my account and never received for the second charge and am still waiting to resolve. Beware, they also automatically signed me up for something called fit factory that debited my account for $30 twice! When I contacted fit facyory, which is a different company and I had to get their number from my bank, they told me that since I didn't contact them in 14 days they could not refund my money!

I ordered the trial AcaiPure for 4.95 and also received 2 items that I did not order. I was charged about 39.90 on my Credit card. While trying to get this resolved and returned, I received my (monthly) supply that I never ordered with a charge of 44.90. I have notified the BBB. BE WARE of this company.

I ordered the trail offer for $4.95 and thought it was only for one time unless I wanted more of the celebrity smile in which I did not want more and then another tube of the product came in the mail along with a $44.90 fee that I did not expect. Upon reading the small print for the return procedures. I notice that it stated I was enrolled into a Lifestyle Program and that I would continue to receive a fresh shipment of the product each month until I cancel my Lifestyle program membership in which I immediately called the 888-692-8352 number and logged on to support AT centralcoastnutra.net and actully got an answer on the telephone first and cancelled my order on the telephone. When I asked for a cancellation conformation number I was told none was availible and all I could get was the person I was speaking to first name and the current date. I am sure I will be billed at least once for this product I did not order, need nor want and in that much I was ripped off. It still remains to be seen if this is the end of this scam on my bank card. I recorded the conversation, I'm going to the bank and explain to ripoff and my plight. I don't know if this is will be corrected after this one time ripoff but hopefully it is. I don't want a long drawed out fight with CentralCoast Nutraceuticals, Inc. I have been scammed and rippedoff for $44.90 at least and I am very displeased. This is very unfair to the consumer that this company is allowed to prey upon people in this way. I will inform as many people that I can that will listen regarding this disgusting scam by Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc regarding their celebrity smile teeth whitening product and the free offer scam.DO NOT ORDER THE FREE CELEBRITY SMILE (teeth whiting product) IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

I too believe I was scammed. I ordered the trial- which apparently gave me cramps. For cost of return, I decided to just take as loss but then I got a $44 charge on my credit card. Also, it appears they may give your info to third party for I rec'd a 12.95 charge and when I called they at least were cooperative and cancelled...said received name from 3rd party. Only recent new purchase was with Central Coast.


I had to close my account though have received emails saying to deduct $15 and keep product. I want this off my bill. I have not received any product to back the laterst charge though they claim it is on its' way - this is over two weeks after billing my account plus my emails. Funny how now it is on its' way after I complained. Many others say they never receive. I wonder if I will. Though if you return, they charhe whopping re-stock.


Keep emailing them... write to your Congressman, to BBB and keep posting to internet. Keep after your bank or credit card company to work to remove these charges, This company appears very deceptive in business practice. Just look at the number of complaints on line,


It is only through publicity that justice will occur.


It is scammers like these that add to problems we face in U.S. today.


Please write your stories and ask others to write. Write on every site you can and email the company copies at support AT centralcoastnutra.net <support AT centralcoastnutra.net>.


Also write their executives, need to get names (try phone but too often put on hold)

I agree with you totally. I am trying to cancel befroe the next order goes out and it is impossible. Read the fine print is what I was told by my credit card company. What a waste of time trying to resolve this.

I ordered a free trial for acai pure trial for s&h of 4.95.When package arrived it contained hoodia water & gum and I was charged $41.85.What a rip off.Now I can't get anyone on the customer service line the wait is always without fail 48 to 50 mins. So how do you get this resolved? I am contacting my state attroney office for cunsumer complaints and my credit card company and any other means available to me,I fought the irs and son I can fight you!!!!!
