chase bank

i had three accounts with chase bank.. they tried (i say tried because i called them and argued over and over, until they finally gave in--it can be done) to screw me over on all three. they put two week holds on my paycheck (checking account), LIED to me about not having my apartment number (how, then, did i get the credit card and the first two statements?) and something really stupid that i can't even remember to my truck loan. needless to say, i REFUSE to bank with them. now, they are buying out a bank that i truly loved banking with, WAMU. i have since paid off a card and closed my checking account, both with WAMU. thanks to reading these entries, as well as my own personal experience with them, i intend to refinance my house (also with WAMU).

during my three years of making them do what was right, i went through everything that i read described here. chase does not care about its customers, they lie to customers, and will take unbelievable and illegal advantage of people just to make money and keep their doors open.

do yourself a favor:

DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE! YOU WILL BE MAKING DEALS WITH THE DEVIL! THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!
